According to inquiries made to TSE, the delegation will consist of following two people.

Head is; Dilek Özeren (Dilek Ozeren), she is head of TSE's IT Department
Advisor 1 is; Ayşegül İbrişim (Aysegul Ibrisim) who also works as an expert at TSE IT Department.

Their tickets will probably be paid by TSE. TSE is a governmental organization.
