Drink more Glühwein aka Vin Chaud to get into the right mood, and kindly ask journalists to shut up when they simplify a conflict as KDE vs. Gnome. What I enjoy the most about the KDE community is how they always try to avoid to be offensive against Gnome developers. And there were so many good reasons to be rude. But why? It's Christmas time. Media is looking for simple fights but our world is far too complex. They want to see us all fighting against each other. The good old Arena. I take the bread now, but I won't watch the games as I am going to stab the emperor.

I don't think that's true. The Microsoft lobby against open standards is lousy and it is great fun to blow them away. So why don't you make the test? As we all read on Slashdot there are some questions to answer for you. Project World Domino NY. Please mind that the deadline for public comments is 28 September. New York State deserves a decent definition of open standards. So if you are American and you are bored about Christmas (or Muslim whatever) consider to contribute and answer the questions.
