Today was the vote in the Technical Committee in Belgium. The room was full of people I had never saw before. But when it comes to vote, the Yes men are there.

The vote was secret, and Belgium will keep its Abstain position, probably thanks to the "Yes mens".

I would like to thank the "Yes mens" for their wonderful technical contributions to the process, it was very constructive from their side to have contributed so few technical comments.

So my conclusion is: Vote "Yes" for the "Yes mens".
