Here's an official announcement (in Romanian) about Romanian MCTI (Ministry of Communications and Information Technology) sending an official delegation in Berlin, January 22-23 2008.

There is still no word on MCTI's site about OpenDocument, not even about the fact it actually exist…

However, at ASRO voting for September 2nd, 2007, MCTI abstained.
